LOAN APPLICATION

1. Could I apply for a loan?
You must be an active duty member of any branch of the military with at least 15 months or more left of enlistment.

2. How much do I qualify for? How long will it take?
Loans go up to $ 2,500.00. After receiving your loan required documents we will evaluate your request within 24 hours. The pre-approval amount will depend on how much you can qualify for.

3. Do you consider my credit history to apply?
Credit scores will not affect your loan process. Our decision will be determined by other criteria.

4. Can I apply if I’m stationed overseas?
Yes, just apply via e-mail or fax.

5. I canceled my loan by accident, what do I do?
Please contact us at 866-626-8955 or email us at applications@force1loans.com to let us know of your decision.

6. What documents do I need to fax/scan in order to apply?
Most current end of month LES, Copy of military ID, copy of a valid Driver License, Utility bill (showing current address) and completed application.

7. How would I receive my loan packet?
Your loan packet will be send via e-mail. In case you don’t have internet access we could fax or mail your loan packet.

8. Account status
To find out your account status please call 866-626-8955

9. When would my funds be disbursed?
We will wire the funds, after reviewing your completed loan packet and had confirmed and verified the information required by the company. Wire transfer should take 24-48 business hours.

10. Do you need my bank account information?
Yes, we will need your bank account information in order to wire the funds.

11. If I have been denied, can I re-apply for a lower amount?
If you have extra information not provided on the initial application please contact us at applications@force1loans.com or 866-6268955.

REFINANCE

1. I have a current loan, how do I apply for additional funds?
You can submit a new loan application or you can contact us at applications@force1loans.com or 866-626-8955. if you have the required payments in you have the required payments in your account.

2. How many payments do I need to have before re-applying?
You must have at least 10 payments in your account before re-applying.

3. Would I have two payments when I receive a new loan?
No, your current loan’s payoff amount will be deducted from the new loan wire transfer. This way your current loan will be satisfied and you only have one monthly payment.

4. Do I need to complete a new loan application?
Yes. Members of the military are constantly moving and we need updated information.

CURRENT CUSTOMER

1. What is my account balance?
You will receive a payment schedule chart as soon as you acquire the loan. Please refer to this chart if your payment starts exactly on the date illustrated. Remember that interest is pro-rated daily, for accurate payoff information please contacts our accounting department at accounting@force1loans.com or 866-890-3079.

2. How do I update my information?

4. How do I receive my overpayment?
We will reimburse any overpayment to DFAS in order to avoid any returned or lost mail. In case you need to contact someone regarding this issue please call our accounting department at accounting@force1loans.com or 866-890-3079.

5. What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Mountain St. Time)

3. Where do I send payments?

4. Can I make an extra payment?
Yes, if you mailed a check or money order include your account number. In case you don’t have your account number please contacts our accounting department at 866-890-3079.
